no the plague comes from rats we have not had an epidemic of the plague since around 1500's i think it just mysteriously vanished

that dosn't happen anymore, they have medicine they didn't back then and now they can cure almost anything. =D

The flea carries the disease. If the flea is on the dog, and the dog is around you, then I suppose so. But that disease isn't common anymore.

Plague is very rare today so unless you live in a third world country like in central africa somewhere or south anerica you dont have to worry about that.
