Will eating one fatty meal make me put on weight

No... as long as you dont make a habit of it. It is ok to "cheat" on a diet from time to time. Just dont stay idle.

One fatty meal can be an exception on an occasion. But everyday one fatty meal will bring a change in two weeks.

If you are eating one fatty meal, it will make some difference on weight. It will definitely cause some weight gain in your body because of the calories consumed in the body from the fatty meal.

That depends entirely on how active she is. If she is constantly active and works out regularly.... she will have zero weight gain. If she has any muscle on her at all it will also help burn it off before it can be stored as fat.

No it's just calories but you should always burn them off by excercising
