It sounds like you are asking about cookies you have bought, since you said "serving size: 1 box 160 grams". If this is true, it will be impossible to answer your question. In the US, the information you want is usually printed on the box (except for the recipe). If no information is printed on the box, we still might be able to find the information online for you (maybe) if you can tell us the manufacturer's name and the name of the cookies. --- Or, If what you want is recipes for cookies, that include nutritional info and calorie counts, I could probably find a couple of websites that have them.
Here is a really easy shortbread recipe that makes awesome and addictive buttery cookies.. 1 part sugar 2 parts butter 4 parts flour
Preheat over to 350. Place baking rack in center of oven. Soften the butter and mix it with the sugar until it's creamy. Add the flour and mix it well until it becomes smooth. Put the dough in the center of an ungreased cookie sheet and spread it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick in the center of the cookie sheet. Bake it for about 30-35 minutes or until when you insert a toothpick in the middle ant come out clean. Remove the cookie sheet and while it's still warm carefully slice into 1/2 wide slices and the cut the whole thing in half. Let it cool. And enjoy.
