I make it go away. Anger is a secondary emotion. It comes as a result of fear, hurt, frustration... When I figure out what the real problem is, I can usually do something about it. Anger keeps people from a lot of opportunities to feel better. Deep breath. "What the heck was that about? Can I fix it, lessen it? avoid it?" I get focused on being productive and I'm usually not mad any more. It keeps me from getting stuck in the same situation over and over too.
