I have my last basketball game in 2 hours! How do I warm up?
Do the same thing you were doing before all of your previous games. It's your last game, not your first game, right?
Try running in place but don't get to tired so you can't run in your game
shoot some hoops before the game try all the shoots(3-pointer)
Jumping jacks, deep knee bends holding the basketball at arms length, stretch using a towel.
