the doctor can't help those type of problems. all doctors can do is cut you (surgery) and drug you (prescribe drugs). Chiropracters actually get rid of the problem, instead of just getting rid of the pain.

Hi, A.J. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but you really do need to see a doctor. I personally wouldn't advise a chiropractor. I'd talk to your doctor about it & he could refer you to an orthopedic doctor. That way you only have 2 doctors involved, instead of all the payments to a chiropractor. You could have a disk problem. But, until then, you could try using something like Bio-Freeze or Aspercreme. Then use a heating pad. Heat feels so good on sore muscles. Just don't sleep on it. And soaking in a hot tub of water with epsom salts in it will help so much.

I disagree, honey. Doctors do not have to cut on you at all. They can refer you to physical therapy which can help you very, very much. They can teach you exercises that, if you do them, can help you for life. I've been. I know. And don't feel like chiropractors are the answer, because if they "got rid of the problem" you wouldn't have to keep going back to them. I don't want to argue. May we just agree to disagree?

Ok. Let's do that.

and the reason why you have to go back is because it is a long process to fix a problem since birth so it takes time and patience, but is is very reqarding, because your spine controls everything in your body. But i do like your point with physical therapy, it seems interesting.
Report as
Thanks, and I understand all about the spine thing. I've actually been to a couple of chiropractors! But thank you so much, sweetie, for agreeing to disagree. I hate debates! I just want to get along!! 8-)

Ok, he said he has no money for chiropractor care. What he should do is take a walk and get some exercise.

i excercise all the time

that's good. however, the doctor can't help those type of problems. all doctors can do is cut you (surgery) and drug you (prescribe drugs). Chiropracters actually get rid of the problem, instead of just getting rid of the pain. you could probobly get a discount if you're having financial troubles depending on where you live. and some charge more than others do.
