Can I recover expenses incurred(co-pays, prescriptions, and lost wages) from kaiser after being infected with cellulitis at kaiser?

went in for a cortisone shot and a week later I had celulitus from the shot administered by my doctor. along with the excruciating pain, I spent four nights in the hospital and missed three weeks of work. all the prescription and co- pays at $ 50 a pop have added up. .
