It doesn't seem like you need to lose any weight but if you feel like you need to tone up just do simple work out things like run, sit ups, push ups, crunches...stuff like that. But if you don't want to tell your parents it's probably because you know you don't really need to lose any weight...
Dave's ^^^ point of having a partner is an important one. Pick someone that likes to exercise & will not let you back out when you don't feel like exercising.
Also, remember there are tons of ways to exercise & should be a part of every day life (not just a gym): biking, long walk in the woods, vacuuming (house work) taking the steps QUICKLY (& often), sit ups while watching tv... Think of all acts as exercise & get into it!
When your parents are not there or they can not see or hear you do it. You can do 5 or 10 sets of jumping jacks push ups sit ups or all three! Or just do a simple eating healthy foods! Those are two things that you can do! Good bye!
Well don't starve yourself for 1 that is very bad for ur body and does more harm then good if u want to loose weight it is very simple honestly if u want to keep it a secret then u prolly don't really need to loose weight but anyways u just have to burn more caleries then what u take in do high intensity cardio no isolation exercises such as crunches sit-ups etc those r great exercises for strength gain not loosing weight u can run a mile every day if that's to time consuming go to YouTube check out six-pack shortcuts ik u don't want a six-pack most Likely but there is some great exercise routines on there and trust me I am a fitness instructor so ik what I'm talking about lol there is a a routine that I tell all my guys and even a few girls that come for my training program which I learned from six-pack shortcuts and it's called the afterburn effect it engages when u so exercises that engage ur whole body and leave u feeling drained by the time u r done these kinda workouts can burn cal,s up to 48 hours after u do the actual work out and the workouts rnt even that long or time consuming so that is my advice if any more Qs about this leave a comment or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org good luck
130 lbs is not exactly gargantuan, but if you'd like to get in shape and drop a few pounds. Leave all the sugar alone, stay away from salty food. Put your headphones on and tell your parents your going for a walk. That's a really good way to start. Walk in the morning and evening. No one will ask questions when you say your walking for your health. But the minute you say your trying to lose weight, OH BOY!
It doesn't seem like you need to lose any weight. But if you still want to, you can eat healthier, go for a walk, jog, or bike ride (especially up hill, it works your legs!), or do simple floor exercises like sit ups and leg lifts.
