What is the best energy source?

Which energy source least pollutes, works most efficient, etc.

Sorry - there is NO energy available from man-made nuclear fusion at present. Our only source for fusion power is the Sun.

That depends on where you live. In the tropics and the desert, solar power. Nearer to the poles with long winter nights wind would be a better option. Wind is also a good option on the plains. If you are near a river, hydropower is a good option as well.

As of right now. Expensive gasoline! 95% of the world uses it. And nuclear power! You probably used both today!

For efficiency, output and relative low pollution none available or known to us so far is as good as Nuclear/Fusion. That means the newer Nuclear Fusion Systems, not the old antiquated ones most people think of.

Atomic power is nuclear FISSION - we cannot yet sustain a fusion reaction long enough to generate useful power. When (or if) we can harness fusion of Hydrogen isotopes, free energy forever will result.

All energy on planet Earth is derived from the Sun. This is the only clean, sustainable source of pure energy for eternity - well, another six billion years, anyway. Everything else is a feeble imitation of the real thing....
