If someone eats 4 - 6 small meals of whole grain brown rice and green beans per day will they lose weight, or gain weight?
The rice will also be cooked in chicken broth with a little garlic salt, and the green beans are canned. Water is the only fluid allowed. The total amount of calories would be close to a normal recommended amount, even though certain nutrients would obviously be missing, so I really don't need to hear about that. I'm just curious if people think someone would gain or lose weight..
