You can try putting a cold pack against that side of your neck, positioning it in back of your jaw and along your neck right under the plugged ear. If you don't have an actual cold pack, you can just use crushed ice wrapped in a washcloth or even a bag of frozen peas. Hold it against your neck for about 5 minutes, then try swallowing. If no pop, do another 5 min. And try again. If still no pop, put the pack in the freezer and wait 20 min. before you try again. Too much cold at once (more than 10 min.) isn't good for the flesh.
This probably won't completely unplug the ear, since it has to get over whatever infection is still causing swelling (swelling is why your ear won't pop).
This may help reduce it, maybe enough to allow your ear to pop a bit and reduce internal pressure. Aspirin might help, but NOT if you're taking other medication.
BUT what would really help is seeing a doctor (or at least calling). He may want to prescribe something for this, to help before it turns into an earache.

The drainage tube inside your ear, is connected to your sinuses and when your sinuses get clogged, so do your ears. Irrigating the sinuses with a saline spray, can help relieve congestion in the ears.
