It depends on how much weight you have to lose. If you are very overweight you can lose weight fast by simply changing your eating habits and starting to eat clean raw foods. If you are not exceedingly overweight than you cannot simply drop a ton of weight without exercising, unless you start to starve yourself or do something else bad for your health. You need to change your life style to become fit and healthy, it has to be something long term. You have to start eating healthy clean foods, drinking clean good water, and start getting sunshine and exercise.
