The factors are the what is contained in the parentheses. Also 8 is a factor.
The terms are the variables and numbers within the parentheses that are separated by + or - signs.
1st factor is 8 ---- 1 term
2nd factor is x + 4 --- 2 terms
3rd factor is y + 4 --- 2 terms
4th factor is z^3 + 4z + 7 --- 3 terms
ANSWER:
The 4th factor has the most terms.

The Youngs are having a new room built onto their house.The contractor will dig a hole that is 40 feet long and 101/2 feet deep. What is the width of the room if 6,510 cubic feet of the dirt is removed?
Report as
Volume = width x length x depth
You know: V=6510, l=40, d=10 1/2
6,510 = w x 40 x 10 1/2
6510 = 40 x 10 1/2 x w
6510 = 420w
/420. /420
15.5 = w
w = 15.5 ft ANSWER
