Gateway windows 8 desktop graphics card AMD Radeon 7310 but when playing black light retribution it's very laggy. please help

It could be the desktop graphics settings have not been activated on your Gateway Windows 8 desktop. You should have an IT technician check it out, so as to determine its problem, and how to fix it.
