How to stay asleep?

Ok is this normal im 14 and have a pretty regular schedule but i cant stay asleep at night, ill go to sleep then wake up constantly this has been going on since October i think or before then.... what can i do to stay asleep

Maybe your stressed out. Don't think about much, turn off your T.v, shut the door if you need to, turn off the lights and make sure its quiet for you to sleep. Don't eat or drink anything, it keeps you awake and wakes you up more often

i thought i was stressed, it all started this summer i had 3 of my closes friends passed away one in june one in august and one in october its been a tough year and im bullied so that doesnt help

Try not eating right when you go to bed, even if your hungry. ;D Sad to heard you get bullied but some people are rude. ;)

Wow. I know 3 people like you. They're like my friends and all have major problems. Well 2 do for sure but all I can think of maybe you have insomnia and need to decrease the stress and relax your mind. I would go to a therapist.

Don't eat for 3-4 hours before bedtime. Also, do you have sleep apnea? that can keep you up. Also, don't drink much before bed. If something else is bothering you, like a problem or something, try writing it down on a piece of paper beside your bed. That way, your mind won't feel like it has to remember the problem and keep waking you up, because your subconscious knows it is on that piece of paper to be handled later.

just lay down in bed and keep your eyes closed. dont open your eyes nomatter what.
