I was contacted by my deceased great grandmother

In my dream I was in My great grandmothers perspective in a normal day in her life in 1964 I watched everything though her eyes. Taking care of the eight children. I saw my grandparents and my aunts and uncles.. I rmember the house. She died a long time before i was born. But people tell me that she is apart of me because i resemble her. Could she have contacted me in my dream and showed me an actual memory from her life? It fascinates me that she chose me

It's times like this I wish we still had VirginiaL on the site. She was great at interpreting dreams.

It's probably only a dream and, normally, I dismiss this sort of question; but your dream was so detailed that I'm less inclined to do it this time. You'll never get an answer to your question -- how could we know? -- but you've had one of those special experiences that, even if only a dream, is something you'll never forget.

Alex, your profile page says you have a "shittyish life". Maybe Great Grandma is saying, "Hey, don't be silly. Life can be good. I'm here to help you."

That's the romanticised view, anyway. What do you think?

I rarely remember dreams. I can count on one hand the number each year. But, I've had odd occasional ones that I remember vividly. They involve recently deceased family members, and they don't feel like dreams. They feel like conversations, and I remember them verbatim. My uncle who was an atheist was the person in one of my favorite "dreams." Joyous!
I saw you've had "ESP" links with Daizy. Mr.Happy and I have as well.
I have no answers or explanations about what I've experienced. Yet, I find myself asking fewer questions. Is that odd?

It took me an hour to hit "submit." Mr. Happy is the only one I've shared that with.

I can understand all of that, Happy, inducing your reluctance. I'm a very strange person and if you were to go to my web page (that's the Tomorrowland link on my profile page) and then click on the link to the Mystic Maze you'll see just how strange.

But, like you, I'm reluctant to share. The late JC was perfectly correct when he said not to chuck your pearls before swine.

I don't find you strange. You certainly aren't "swine." Looks like I have more reading to do. I'll check that Mystic Maze.
I'm glad I met you. :)

Me too, Happy. You're nice company, even though that's only on line.

The kids i knew because i saw in the mirror was her. My grandfather was 17 in the dream and dating my grandmother. I knew it was them. My great grandpa looked just like my grandfather

well then I guess it would be one of those dreams you never forget. And hopefully you will have more insight if you have more like them.

That would be cool. I always over analyze dreams as well...because i see the same guy in every dream. Lol. But that would honestly be cool(sorry had to say that again)....i believe that in dreams you can see what you couldn't see with your eyes open. So you could be right.

No, you were not contacted by your dead grandmother. Dead people cannot speak to you. Dreams don't mean anything unless God gave you one. But I can promise you, your grandmother did not call you.

You can't promise that
Report as
Yes, I can. Dead people cannot speak. She was talking to a demon. That's why people think that they're talking to the dead. They're really talking to demons. That's the deception.

interesting point. But God sent plenty of dreams according to the bible. We can't know if this dream was God sent or not
