Melatonin usually works really well. Melatonin is not a medication but a supplement. Melatonin is made by the human body but not always in the right amount. However, warm milk helps and so does a nice hot shower before bed.

Something like a rainforest or a beach) 3) Try a sleeping mask (one that just sits on your eyes and wraps around your head). 4) Read before bed 5) Use breathing techniques. 6) A warm bath before bed
