What are some good methods to fall asleep easier without any medication

Melatonin usually works really well. Melatonin is not a medication but a supplement. Melatonin is made by the human body but not always in the right amount.
However, warm milk helps and so does a nice hot shower before bed.

Read a really boring book, listen to some soft music. If you're tossing all around you're bed get out of it and do something to distract you for a while then try to fall asleep again.

Your profile picture made me hungry. You meany. Anyways, here are some ideas... 1) Yoga 2) A sound maker (you could find an app on your phone for that, or buy an alarm clock that has them. Something like a rainforest or a beach) 3) Try a sleeping mask (one that just sits on your eyes and wraps around your head). 4) Read before bed 5) Use breathing techniques. 6) A warm bath before bed

Magnesium citrate 1 hour before bed.Also a white noise machine.

Magnesium citrate is a laxative that will cause loose bowels-diahrea. Do not do this.

try doing some sort of workout before bed. That's the best i can do

Go for a long walk, preferably at a brisk pace about 3 to 4 hours before you want to sleep. Dont do any kind of excercising or walking immediately before bed. Your adrenalin will keep you awake.
