Celery actually has negative calories.... That means it has so few calories that your chewing actually burns them off. Any raw vegetable or fruit is wonderful for snacking. Avocado's probably arent good for late night snacking though as they have a lot more fat than most fruits.

If you like nuts, pistachios are one of the healthiest to snack on. They're almost 90% unsaturated fat, and a serving size is 49. You do need some fat in your diet. Try to stick to food low in saturated fat.
