How can I lose weight.

I weight 145 lbs and I want to lose about 20 lbs I already. eat healthy I just don't know what would be a good exercise routine.

Okay, to the point now. I looked at your profile before replying, but, you wrote that you're 16. You're my age. At our age, you're supposed to be about 150/160lbs (I weigh 158lbs). Any lower, you're messing up.

Don't lose weight, continue to eat healthy, gain some, and try to jog and do 100 sit ups a night. Your goal is to be a healthy 16 year old girl, not one of the failing ones.

Consume less calories than your output. (Eat less than what you burn). It's as simple as that

You should take proper diet , do some regular exercise and try to include fruits in your diet and some lemon with warm water .
