Why is "No shirt, No shoes, No service" justifyable?
I don't want to look at anyones dirty feet or bare chest while I'm eating or shopping, do you?
As long as it is applied equally and fairly to everyone, a business owner can come up with almost any policy they want (assuming it's not illegal).
pit juice, jammer juice all over the place. and I suppose there would be safety issues like broken glass on the floor or heat from the soup...
It is very unjust. I believe it should only pertain to men...
What I want to know is why it doesn't include pants I would rather see someone's feet or a shirtless guy than someone walking around a store without pants.
It's not. It's discrimination against the poor.
it has to do with health code issues. all sorts of people come into stores with various diseases and fungi and contractable disorders that we do not know about.
It's unsanitary ... think of a hundred pairs of feet on the floor, passing who knows what to whom. Is that where you want your food? How about people their feet up of the table? What if they stepped on a big steaming pile of dog shiite?
Because Alabama and Florida f'd it up for the rest of us!
I don't wanna find an armpit hair in my fries dude that's why
It's called rules of the establishment.
No one wants to see your moobs or your crusty toe nails
Cause its good mannerz
So?... If you want some fresh air they never said anything about pants...
Yes it's perfectly justifiable
