Can a lawyer give out my criminal record to anyone

In rare cases I think they can. But I'm sure it has to be requested with a subpoena. But not to a prospective employer or anything like that.

it depends on what you have done cause you can request them not to show anyone trust me cause my step brother who is younger than me got to hide his criminal record and he is the only one that can say yes or no about letting someone see it

An attorney may not release any information you have given about what is shared by you with him in regards to your criminal record, but unless the record itself has been sealed by the court system, it remains open to scrutiny by the public.

Yes, because this is public record, but normally he/she can't bring it up in court as it could prejudice the jurors against you.
