Can an employer give you a 60 cent raise to do a job and then take away 1.00 when due to health you can't do that job?

It is not okay for any employer to give less money and take more because of health issues. However, it would be wise to check with them and get to know why they made the decision to deduct more. I hope everything will be alright.

If you were the employer would you pay an employee If they can't do the job. Someone has to do that job. so you think they owe you.

They can do anything they want, but so can you. Maybe it's time to move on.

They aren't taking anything away. They are paying for health care. When our President pushed passage of the "health care reform act" what did you expect would happen?
