Which branch of the US government is working right now?

The Executive Branch seems to have its hands tied given the current fiscal mess. It remains to be seen if the Affordable Health Care Act will reduce the approximate 30% in unpaid hospital bills or provide health care to those being denied by health care insurers.

The Senate and House seem more interested in their Parties and being re-elected than passing any meaningful legislation.

The Supreme Court is constantly showing their true colors of loyalty to their Parties verse the country.

The only bright spot I see is that the military has not recently gone down the path seen in other countries that use them against their own people.

So the fact that the military hasn't sprung a coup is the best we can say about our government? That's pretty dismal. Accurate but dismal.

The three branches of the government are the legislative, Judicial and the Executive branches. They are all working. And while the quality of the work they are doing is arguable. And whether they are willing to work towards the same goals or are working against each other often seems the case, they are working.
