Not if nothing else works for you. If nothing is working then the common denominator is you. It only works if someone commits to it religiously and does exactly as told with no modification or cheating. Many other programs are similar. If none of those are working for you, this probably won't either. You may need to look into your "why" rather than your "how". Only then will you be able to stick to something until it works.
