When i'm stressed i shut down !

For the 18th, i have a lot of things to accomplish ( work wise) and it's so much and i'm so stressed that i shut down completely , and it's not the first time though. What can i do to not shut down and to push myself .

Break down your tasks into smaller increments. Schedule them (including breaks), if necessary, but make sure to account for possible delays. If there is no delay, reward yourself with an extra break.

Sometimes when you are stressed, your brain automatically shuts down. For example, when you do not eat breakfast your body gets stressed because it thinks it will not eat so it shuts down starting with the brain. Try to eat nutritious foods, take short breaks, get lots of sleep and take deep breaths when you need to calm down when you start to get stress. Hope this helps :D
