What is a good gift for a big Doctor Who fan?

My friend is a major Who fan, and her birthday is coming up, and I don't know what to get her. I don't watch the show and know next to nothing about it. Can anyone suggest a gift?

There are lots of sites that sell Dr Who stuff... Think Geek has some great ones :)

Another thought; Amazon has a good selection of "who" gifts: http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=doctor+who+gifts&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=12537050010&hvpos=1t2&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1384750571317477382&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&ref=pd_sl_7hd5u7p0qz_b

The sonic screwdriver from the link in DianaWynns answer. That would be really cool. Or the Build Your Own Sonic Screwdriver. Or the Tardis 4 port USB Hub. Lots of good stuff on that site.

They sell a sonic screwdriver at ThinkGeek that you can use as a television remote control.
