What's the best workout to get rid of thigh fat?

I hate how fat my thighs are compared to the rest of my body(The rest of my body is surprisingly slim).

Definitely lunges, high knee kicks maybe, leg lifts (although I think leg lifts are more for abs)

Any kind of exercise is better than none but for your thighs it's lunges and squats.

Running up and down a stair case (which usually has about 16 stairs) squats, and eating a healthy diet.

Run up &down stairs or in aStadium. A good hike often.

walking exercise, try jogging n place as long as possible, run track for an 1hr a day if possible take breaks drink lots of water and also you could by a exercise machine for home or sign up for gym and do plenty of work outs such as gyms like planet fitness ballys and more

menopause...i lost my everything...body fat, now i'm skin and bone's and eat plenty...what a shame that was..keep them and be happy with yourself

One word...INSANITY...the workout :) or Zumba...i do both every morning after my morning walk. But listen, if i can do it as a 79 year old woman...you can do it! :)

I do zumba all the time too and it does work. Insanity is insane, I don't know if I would be able to keep up with that one.

just walk 30 minutes in a day or walk up/down stairs (20 steps) 6 times a day , will be fine and u will see brilliant results in a month time, if u fail to get such results, come and meet me, i am always here at your service , lol

run up down stairs... 4 stories is good. step on every stair going up and down. Do with partner so partner runs up the 4 stories and down while you wait (can jump rope or sit up while wait) then you run while they wait etc

high knee kicks, Increased running and reduce walking, When in the bath, you can massage the part, best of again and again, a little pain feeling, after half one month, you will find it is itchy, stick to it.
