Do i have possibility to enter into IT (top mnc) companies, let how?

I am Nanda, erode.. I completed my Bsc(cs) in 2010.. i have 3 years gap now.. i did my own business during these days.. Now i am interested to work in Information Technology.. I am good in Programming language.. so i like to work in IT companies..So please guide me how to enter into MNC companies.. i know it's hard to enter into top mnc, so i decided to join in small IT company for one year and move to top MNC latter through experience certificate.. and what's your suggestion?

You could start by writing a good resume with all your current experience. Try to use resume formats that appear on technology sites like Technical Job Search. Contact friends who you think might have information about openings in any multinational company. Regularly check on job market websites to find postings by these companies. that is good thinking....it will be better if u can gain more experience to join mnc company
