how make iPhone 5 flash when get text or calls

it's in settings some where idk where tho

To make your iPhone 5 flash when calls or texts come in, first go to Settings and then tap on the General option. Under General, select Accessibility, which is located near the bottom of the General options. Finally, scroll down to "LED flash for alerts" and tap the slider button.
