Lung Cancer, then throat cancer. Colon cancer, and prostate cancer can occur in anyone.
Other than cancer, the most destructive is COPD. Smoking destroys the lungs and will take, on the average, 20 years off one's life!

Throat, lung, and oral cancers are some of the most common ones caused by smoking. Though, the chemicals in cigarettes and cigars can affect any part of the body they reach via the blood.
