What's a good eating plan?
I am a 14 year old girl who would like to just be healthier and maybe lose a little bit of weight. I feel like I eat far to much junk food lately and it's making me tired and slowing me down. I have a high metabolism so I am pretty slim but I still feel like I can be healthier. I want a eating plan that can allow me to still be a kid but still be healthy. Like, I don't want to permanently get rid of junk food. I just want to cut back on it. So my question is, do any of you know a nice well balanced diet?
