Hey yall! :) any foods to boost metabolism?

Try not to eat junk food. Also, water is key to any balanced diet. A few foods to eat: apples, cheese, crackers or other grains, fish, coffee, tea, and broccoli. And lastly, remember that the perfect thing to add to a balanced diet is exercise. Lift weights, do yoga, go biking, hiking, or running. Or just workout at the gym... Hope this helps!

Caffeine is great for that, so guzzle coffee. Also, ginger is a metabolic stimulant.

eat healthy balanced diet 5 times a day, 2-3 hours between. vegs,fruits and meat :) no junk food

I drink green tea et anthing green oh and spicy food. So whenever you go out to eat order something spicy :)
