I am trying to get abs & trying to get the fat off my arms and thighs. How can i?

Just a question. I need it for spring. PLEASE!!

1) (not recommended) You can fast and do sit-ups daily
2) Plan a daily workout consisting of squats, pushups, and sit-ups.

Start running and lifting weights......do sit ups for the abs

running how long, and the gym teacher said to not lift weights because it could damage our bones -.-
