What will help me sleep?

I haven't been sleeping well lately. I don't want to take meds. just a simple way to sleep better. I go to bed a 8 pm and get up at 7 am. any ways???

Your '11 hours in bed' sounds like a touch too much. 8-9 should do you. Exercise or read a book or something those extra few hours.

You go to bed at 8pm and wake up at 7am? I think you sleep pretty good

I always take hot shower before going to bed. This helps my body muscles and my whole body&mind get relaxed and so I can sleep better.

Try ear plugs, or that thing that goes over your eyes. Try changing the lighting. Don't eat a lot of sugar before you go to sleep. If you have a mobile device, try that white noise app.

Take a cold shower, its helps you sleep and maybe even drink some tea too:)

Wish I could sleep 11 hours & complain. I'm good on 7 hours but would love 8. You're fine.

I understand. Sometimes you would lay in bed & repeat over & over again "sleep, sleep, sleep, sleep" & when my mind would try to change subjects I would repeat it over again.

Now, I do take medicine.

I can only sleep about 7 hours so I don't see any possible way to sleep 11 hours. 8 should be all you need.

milk and cookies and a long movie or a book or sleeping medication prescribe by a doctor
