I need to lose weight.
Hi, I am five ft 3 in and weight 105.6 pounds. I really have to lose weight. I want to be at least 100 pound. I would like to know a not to time consuming way because I am still a student and need to focus on my work to. Also, my parents are strict so they don't allow me to do diet. Could you just suggest good habits that can help me lose weight? Thank you.
