Well there has to be a reason why he is ignoring you . Ask him why he's ignoring you it's that simple.

Wear a hat and some bright socks, when he's around sing loudly and either really well, or really bad.

Yes, that does work. It doesn't have to be extravagant. Just a nice smile sent his way is good enough if he has any interest.

In this day in age in gonna guess its also through social networks and txts and he's not responding. Make sure you try to talk to him face to face its much harder to be ignored.

Have him meet you in a place where it would be hard for him to even leave witch would make him half to listen and talk to u,Hang out with his friends he definitely would half to talk to u then if your around his friends
