1.start out doing them against the wall 2.make sure to keep your arms locked while your doing one. 3.squeeze your legs and tighten your stomach. 4.point your toes!!:). 5.and try not to arch your back it should make a big difference! Hopefully I helped!! Good luck:)
Like riding a bike, try,try,try. You'll begin to feel your balance point after several tries. Against the wall is good, try to get your hands as close to the wall as you can. That way you don't rely on the wall to hold you up so much I learned when I was young and (ahem) slimmer. Now in my 50's, the days of voluntarily putting my feet above my head are,sadly, behind me.
