Why i can't sleep once i wake up in morning?
i hardly sleep 7-8 hrs in night
7-8 hours is ideal.
Because you just got the amount of sleep you needed.
Because you're awake, a condition which makes it hard to sleep.
Lucky you! You get a normal, healthy amount of sleep. I exist on 4 or 5 hours a night. Be thankful you get the proper amount :0)
Time to start the day get up get a head start
