I am having some confusion between "Has Been Done and is Done"
What is the difference bettwen those two?
And when do we need to use those two?
please give me example also thanks

It has been done that way in the past. It is done this other way today. Another example: Heavy makeup has been done on Johnny Depp in all the pirate movies, but no makeup is done in his latest movie.
