Moved from New York to Florida. But now my hair is dry and my conditioner isn't working, hair is shedding a lot any ideas that might help?

You should trim your hair a little more and apply a deep relaxer to moisturize and soften your hair. Your relaxer could not be working because you moved to a new place with different weather conditions.
