What kinds of foods can help you "feel" full? I'm trying to loose weight the healthy way.

Drinking water before and during a meal will make you feel full quicker, thus eating less.

Proteins. They make you feel fuller longer so that you dont binge eat. Fiber also helps make you feel full longer too. Good luck... and glad to hear you are wanting to do it the right way. If you snack... snack on fresh fruit and vegetables. Works for me.

Try juice, fruit or a glass of lowfat milk.High-fiber cereals like Grape Nuts or oatmeal are filling and low in calories.

I've lost 24 lbs in two months by not eating; pork beef cheese deep fried creamy. (I have a gall bladder to be removed and I cant eat those foods). Also eat 4 or 5 small meals a day. :)

Water a pint five minutes before you eat and drink while you eat
