It's ''gloom'' of night--and the answer is MAYBE. If carriers can't get to work, the answer is no. If the LLV mail vehicles can't get through the snow the answer is no. If carriers can't get to mailboxes because patrons don't clear neither the entrance, nor exit the answer is maybe--not required. However if they continually do get out to serve a mailbox, quite often the folks at the end of the route don't get mail that day. (there's only so many hours in a day) THE REAL ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS--THE POST OFFICE GOES THROUGH EXTRAORDINARY MEANS TO GET THE MAIL DELIVERED. SOMETIMES IT'S IMPOSSIBLE.
