All I know is the older we get, the more often this happens. But I doubt you are old so maybe you have worries on your mind or you are taking daily naps? Either way I heard that you shouldn't bathe before bed even though it feels good. Have a dark room and never watch TV in the bedroom. Use your bedroom for sleep and sex only. Try some white noise like a fan. No caffeine after noon including pop (soda). Or have your doctor prescribe some sleeping aides. Most of all work through whatever may be on your mind when your can actually do something about it. Forget it if you can't.
