Is a twenty six gallon tank to big for a baby leopard gecko?
this is the only tank i have so i would have to buy a new one.
I don't know, but depending on the size it can be OK for now. Petco has sales for $1 per gallon on their aquariums every so often, so if you can, wait for one of those and you can get a very very large aquarium.
I don't think it could ever be too big. It's an animal that is used to living outside. I understand that it was probably bred in captivity, but instinctually, it would be ok outside.
Well, the size is actually too large if you feed the gecko in it. The baby could tire itself trying to catch prey, so put it in a smaller container to feed it.
