brownies an burgers,you can work that in.simple answer is moderation.i learned too late from my father,push yourself away from the table,or,always leave it a little hungry.doesnt work for teens or folks who have a real problem with weight,sometimes just natural but its a good start an free.
I like to eat strawberries dipped in powdered sugar. The strawberries are zero and the powdered sugar is 3 points for 1/4 cup. You could reduce that down to where it would only be 1 point for the sugar. Sugar free jello is good. You can always used canned veggies and put some minced garlic in with them if you don't want something sweet. There aren't a lot of zero points out there except for the fruits and veggies. Kraft mozzarella string cheese is great but it is 3 points. Look to your fruits and vegetables and think of spices you can add to them or something to make them better. I also take strawberries and dip them in Yoplait strawberry yogurt. 2 point for the yogurt only.
