How do you get out of a situation that you want nothing to do with with out being rude ?

my friend is trying to set me up with his ex and i'm not interested on having a gf while i'm in highschool

If he's your friend you should be able to talk to him freely & also I would ask him that if it's HIS ex then why isn't he with her if he feels she is good enough for you!
