Do crickets have nutritional value? Are they high in protein among other vitaminas. (Purposely Spanish...)

Report as

All living things do, but for Crickets to humans, it is so small you will get almost NO nutrition out of eating them.

Yep cause fish love them. Cats love them too. I'm sure not eating one unless I get a whole lot hungrier than I've ever been.

Most insects are nutritional but they're also loaded w/ internal parasites that can make you very sick. Don't eat bugs unless you've been raised on them & immune to their effects. (Some cultures handle it just fine, but most don't.)

They do, but I don't know why you would want to eat bugs for any reason.
