Hot pads are real nice, also wear sweatpants, pants that tightly fit around your waist can clamp the blood in the pelvic region, thus making them more painful, also be somewhere dark, it helps with headaches and makes you feel better, hope I helped!
Eating bananas will lift your potassium levels and should help your body deal with the pain. And a hot water bottle or heating pad. Also surprisingly the fetal position helps me sometime. And if you press on it, they'll lighten; but it may cause you too bleed a little more so yea lol Also dark chocolate
If you have really severe PMS it can actually mean you need to detox. But, I notice for myself that when I run and do other exercise consistently that my cramps and other symptoms are much less if not gone. Stretching and yoga, followed up by a hot bath. If you're really hurting it might be best to just skip to the hot bath with a few drops of mint.Trust me, the hot shower/bath works so well. Stay in there as long as you can and try to totally relax. I agree with 12ab, try to wear loose clothing. Drink hot teas and baby yourself.
