I'm really trying to lose 10 pounds by summer. I'm 14, weigh about 120 pounds, and am 5'2. Any suggestions?
120 is a good weight for someone your age and height but if you feel that you must lose weigh.Walk more,drink lots of water,eat cinnamon and or red pepper on your food.
When I was 5'2 weighed about 90 pounds... stop eating too much french fries and fried chickens. Join track team in school.
You need to basically eat health and have a routine exercising plan. Make sure that you reduce your caloric intake and drink plenty of water as you maintain a well planned exercise regime.
