How to learn to run 3 miles in 2 weeks?
I can already run 1 mile straight, and I made the track team. However, track starts in two weeks and our "homework' is to learn how to run 3 miles. if we can't run three miles, we will not be able to participate on the track team! How can I learn how to run (kind of fast) in just 2 weeks? Please do not say it is impossible, because I know that people have done this before.
